Type I — In-Kind Sponsorship

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all Type I In-Kind Sponsorship arrangements entered into with Plenicon. By accepting or proceeding with a Type I sponsorship, the participating organization acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated below.

1. Nature of the Sponsorship

A Type I Sponsorship is a non-monetary sponsorship arrangement in which Plenicon provides agreed services, expertise, technology, creative work, or other professional resources to the sponsored organization.

Type I Sponsorships do not involve the exchange, transfer, or payment of money between Plenicon and the sponsored organization.

2. Scope of Services

The specific services or resources to be provided by Plenicon shall be agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of the sponsorship. Plenicon shall not be obligated to provide services beyond the scope mutually agreed upon.

3. No Monetary Consideration

No cash payment, reimbursement, financial contribution, or other monetary consideration shall be required from either party as part of a Type I Sponsorship, unless the parties subsequently enter into a separate written agreement.

4. Responsibilities of the Sponsored Organization

The sponsored organization is responsible for providing Plenicon with the information, materials, access, approvals, and cooperation reasonably required to deliver the agreed services.

5. Modification or Termination

Either party may request modifications to the agreed scope of the sponsorship. Any material modification should be mutually agreed upon before implementation. Either party may also terminate the arrangement where the other party materially fails to fulfill its agreed responsibilities.

6. Acceptance

By accepting a Type I Sponsorship from Plenicon, the sponsored organization confirms that it has reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the specific scope of services agreed between the parties.
